A potential buyer is entitled to unlimited access to the sellers list provided that he/she abides by the Terms and Conditions of this Service.

BUYERS CONDUCT
This Service is strictly provided to give the public a listing of used Honda vehicles. Any unauthorized commercial use of the Service, or the resale of its services, is expressly prohibited.

DISCLAIMER ON WARRANTIES
Honda provides opportunities to clients who wish to sell their Honda cars, likewise, to buyers wanting to purchase used Honda cars. This is to reiterate that Honda does not control in any respect personal and product information offered by the sellers. The vehicles available through this Service are provided " as is" and " as available" and without warranties or conditions of any kind either expressed or implied. Honda does not represent or warrant that the vehicle quality is in excellent running condition and that defects will be rectified.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable national and international laws, under no circumstances, including, but no limited to, negligence, shall Honda be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages and circumstances that result from the use of this Service or any changes to the Service.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Honda, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorney's fees, asserted by any third party due or arising out of your use of this Service.

TERMINATION
Honda may terminate this Service, with or without cause, at any time and effectively immediately. In addition, Honda, in its sole discretion, may terminate your ad placement without prior notice.

PARTICIPATION OF ADDITIONAL PARTIES
Any dealings with agents or brokers or participation of commissioning agents, including the manner of delivery and payment of vehicles are solely between the seller and the buyer. Honda shall not be responsible or liable for any part of any such dealings or negotiations.

NO COLLECTION OF FEES
Honda will not collect any placement fees or commissions/proceeds resulting from successful sales transactions.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Honda reserves the right to change the TERMS AND CONDITIONS or policies regarding the use of this Service without prior notice.
